CleanTech is a locally owned and operated company in Southeastern Utah that has been operating in the cleaning service industry since 1999. We specialize in providing cleaning and restoration services to our customers and pride ourselves in being the one - stop cleaning service provider. We have extensive experience in providing cleaning and restoration services to commercial, residential and governmental customers. We have the knowledge and expertise to help our customers maintain and improve their locations and we respond quickly to our customers concerns and requests. We are committed to continuous improvement and strive to make our services better. We view our client’s location as our own and do everything within our power to provide excellent cleaning and restoration services.

We are a certified firm with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) with certifications in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Stone Masonry & Ceramic Tile Cleaning, Odor Control, Water Damage Restoration, Commercial Drying, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Carpet Repair and Reinstallation. We are also a certified service provider with the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI). As members of this organization we are expected to adhere to industry standards, provide quality services, use proven products and act ethically and professionally. |

Chris Fredrickson – Owner
Chris has been working in the cleaning and restoration industry for many years prior to his higher education. He has the experience and knowledge on the services provided by CleanTech. Individual Cleaning & Restoration Industry Certifications Certified by the IICRC in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Odor Control, Commercial Drying Specialist, Stone Masonry & Ceramic Tile and Carpet Repair and Reinstallation. Chris is a IICRC Journeyman Water Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner and Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer and has developed the expertise and knowledge to ensure that CleanTech is performing quality services. Chris has completed the Truckee Meadows Community College’s class on Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting and is certified to do lead paint testing. Chris also holds a certificate for attending the 2020 CIRI Science Symposium: COVID-19 and Pandemic Preparedness. Holding Masters Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Southern Utah University he strives to help Cleantech continue to provide our customers with quality services. |
