Water Damage Restoration

Mold Remediation

We are surrounded by mold spores. Spores are in the outdoors and yes, you are even breathing them everyday in your home. Mold only presents a problem when there is a high concentration of mold spores in an indoor environment that has the right factors for mold growth (i.e. water, oxygen, food, temperature, lighting and pH). Simply spraying the mold with a cleaner/disinfectant or physically removing it without the proper containment and procedures can spread millions of mold spores and cause a small mold problem to escalate. Whether the mold spores are dead or alive doesn't matter, they both can be allergenic and toxic to our health. Killing the mold is not the goal of mold remediation. The Goal is to reduce the mold spore levels inside a structure to levels that are healthy for occupancy. Odor Control

Odor can come from many different sources. Some of the odors smell good and some are very repulsive. Some common sources of bad odors are from: Mold, Fungus and Mildew, Urine, Smoke, Protein, Skunks and Decomposition. To effectively control or remove these odors certain steps need to be taken such as removal of the source and post cleaning after removal. CleanTech is equipped to assist you in controlling or removing these repulsive odors getting you back to breathing easier.
